Quick Update: 1-03
Hi Everyone,
First let me say it has been an interesting and stressful previous 2 yrs. Michael, my now ex fiance, and I moved to Los Angeles Sept. 8th, 2001, 2 days before 9-11. To say I was homesick would be a complete understatement! Anyway, July of 2002 I started school in hopes of making a career change into Estethetics (People who work in Day Spas giving facials, waxing, etc). That same month I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. To say I was terrified would again be an understatement. So, I have taken a break from school to deal with the treatments. I had surgery Sept. 3rd and started chemo in Oct. I finished my first 4 cycles of chemo and it is now Jan. 2003 and I have 4 more months of chemo and then radiation before I am done with this.
It is now 2004 and Michael and I are no longer together. The changes I went through during my treatments became to difficult for the relationship.
Lastly I would like to
ask that if Cancer and especially Breast Cancer has touched your life
or someone you know please take a moment to help in the battle. Click

My name is Linda Jeannette
and I am the creator of Sirens. I am also a BBW who has been a part

my Fiance' Michael and I guess that is the reason for my creating

I chose the name Siren from
Greek mythology. If you know anything about Greek mythology then you
may know about the Siren. She was a beautiful creature that lured men
to their destruction. I however want to lure men to this site because

hope in the near future to create a Ladies of Sirens Newsletter which
